7-Day Return Window

From the date your order is delivered

Return Eligibility

•Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

•Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

•Bangles that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

•Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method (or via UPI transfer for UPI payments).
